Support Schedule

- 1.1Service Support. The Services include RBTS’ standard customer support services ("Support Services") at the support levels Customer purchases in accordance with the RBTS service support schedule then in effect, a current copy of which is available at portal.ryaneyes.com (or a successor website address) (the "Support Schedule"). RBTS may amend the Support Schedule from time to time in its sole discretion. Customer understands that Support Services shall not exceed two (2) hours per calendar month, and in the event that Support Services exceed two (2) hours per calendar month, Support Services shall be billed separately at RBTS’ then current rates (which is currently at $350 an hour as of the Effective Date).
